Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, private customers (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us in writing (email is sufficient).

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All included components and documentation must be returned

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

These terms apply in accordance with applicable European Union laws, including:

  • Directive 2011/83/EU
  • Directive 1999/44/EC
